TAKE NOTICE that Verizon Wireless, has applied to Sea Bright Planning/Zoning Board for a Planning Board Application, for the installation of two sectors with four antennas in total. Two antennas are to be placed on each sector, and the top height of the antennas will be 52'9" and 50'9", respectively. Ingress and egress to the Facility will be through an existing attic pull down ladder and roof hatch which connects through the Restaurant in which the Facility is to be placed on the roof of. An Equipment Room is also proposed to be located in the Storage Room on the ground level of the Property. The Equipment Room will be housed within a 5'10" area, and will contain three equipment cabinets, one transformer, and one electrical panel and disconnect and within the existing telecommunications compound on the Premises located at 816 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright, New Jersey 07760, being property further identified as Block: 24 Lot: 16, on the Borough of Sea Bright tax map.
A public hearing regarding this application will be held on March 10, 2026, at 7:30pm at Sea Bright Beach Pavillion, 1097 Ocean Avenue, Sea Bright, New Jersey, 07760 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections you may have to this application.
The application is available for examination at the Borough Hall Planning/Zoning Office during normal business hours.
