LEGAL NOTICE   Pursuant to the receipt of quotes and the recommendation to award by the Borough's Qualified Purchasing Agent in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., a contract is hereby awarded to Darren Meseroll Painting, Inc., Point Pleasant, NJ, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $49,380.00, for interior painting of the Coast Guard Station, subject to the availability of funds and review and approval of the bid documents by the Borough Attorney.   Pursuant to the receipt of quotes and the recommendation to award by the Borough's Qualified Purchasing Agent in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., a contract is hereby awarded to AMS Asbestos and Mold Services, Corp., Lumberton, NJ, the lowest responsible bidder, in the amount of $51,540.00, for remediation of the Coast Guard Station, subject to the availability of funds and review and approval of the bid documents by the Borough Attorney.
