PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 17, 2026, the Borough of Ship Bottom Land Use Board adopted a resolution memorializing the February 17, 2026 administrative approval, with certain conditions, of the application of The Baldwin Residence, LLC granting modification of the previous condition imposed at paragraph 3, page 39 of Resolution 2023-10 (which prohibited weddings or individual events from taking place during the period June 15 to September 15, annually), to permit the Applicant to book and hold weddings and special events throughout the year except for the first two weekends in July (Friday, Saturday and Sunday through the following Sunday) and on July 4th (essentially (10) ten days).
A copy of the Resolution of Approval is on file in the Office of the Land Use Board, Borough of Ship Bottom, 1621 Long Beach Boulevard, Ship Bottom, NJ 08008, and may be inspected any workday between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
