-NOTICE- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL   TAKE NOTICE that a change occurred in the structure and ownership of Jackson Liquor Partners LLC, t/a Home Wines and Liquors, holder of Township of Jackson plenary retail distribution license number 1511-44-001-006, for premises located at 2275 West County Line Road, Jackson, NJ.   Specifically, Jackson Liquor Partners LLC merged with Jackson Beverage Inc., a New Jersey corporation, pursuant to applicable law. Upon the effectiveness of the merger, Jackson Beverage Inc. became the surviving entity and, by operation of law, succeeded to all rights, interests, assets, liabilities and obligations of Jackson Liquor Partners LLC, including its interest in the above-referenced plenary retail distribution license.
