The applicant is seeking the following approvals:   Applicant seeks to elevate and construct additions to the existing home on the property which will require the following variance approvals: (a) Variance from the minimum lot area requirement of 5,000 sq. ft. applicant proposes 4,085 sq. ft. (existing); (b) Variance from the minimum lot width requirement of 75 ft. applicant proposes 43 ft. (existing); (c) Variance from the 15 ft. rear setback requirement elevated decks, applicant proposes 10.2 ft.; and (d) Variance from the maximum building coverage requirement of 35%, applicant proposes 42.69% (43.26% currently existing).
