TOMS RIVER TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Council of the Township of Toms River will hold a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday July 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Toms River Township Municipal Building located at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, 08753, in the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room, second floor.   The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider and act upon matters as may be presented at the meeting, including but not limited to; action items requiring immediate action regarding affordable housing compliance.   This meeting is being held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.
