Little Egg Harbor Board of Education EQUIPMENT LEASE PURCHASE FINANCING REQUEST FOR BIDS Bid Advertisement The Board of Education of the Township of Little Egg Harbor in the County of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18-1et seq. Bids must be sealed, and the envelope should bear the following information: Title: Lease Purchase Bid Name and Address of the Bidder and should be delivered to: Little Egg Harbor School District Board of Education Administration Building 307 Frog Pond Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 on or before: Date: October 7, 2025 Time: 1:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bid Specifications. The bids will be opened on the above date and time. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. Corporate bidders are required by N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 to provide a Statement of Ownership listing names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be filed with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid.
