The purpose of this application is as follows: request for appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a "hardship variance" [N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70 (c) (1)]. The Applicant seeks to install a generator on the service platform located on the westerly side of the dwelling. A variance for side yard setback is required whereas 5 ft. is required and 2 ft. is proposed.
