This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a mortgage dated March 23, 2020, recorded on April 8, 2020, in Book OR-9405, Page 2412, made by JAMES MORRIS, SINGLE MAN, to the plaintiff and covers real estate located at 2 Troon Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753, Tax Lot 14, Block 124.40.
