Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That DRM Construction LLP has applied to Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/variance approval to construct a 2-story single-family home along with concrete front porch at the currently vacant property. This property is located in the MPRPD Zone at 56 1st Avenue, Berkeley Township, NJ 08757, also known as Block 30, Lot 26 & 27 as shown on the official tax map of Berkeley Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Lot area 4,000 sq. ft. proposed, whereas 6,000 sq. ft. required; lot frontage 40' proposed, whereas 60' required;
Design waivers: no concrete curbing existing/proposed; and no sidewalks existing/proposed;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on March 11, 2026 in the Meeting Room of the Municipal Building at 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 6:30 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Office and may be inspected by you during the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Township of Berkeley at 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey.
