PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF MANASQUAN PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That 6 Meadow Holdings LLC has applied to the Borough of Manasquan Planning Board for approval to subdivide the current property into two conforming lots (Lot 1.01 & Lot 1.02) and construct a single family dwelling on each lot. This property is located in the R-3 at 6 Meadow Avenue & 5 Pearce Court, Manasquan, NJ 08736, also known as Block 154, Lot 1.01 as shown on the official tax map of the Borough of Manasquan.
