PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That 6 Meadow Holdings LLC has applied to the Borough of Manasquan Planning Board for approval to subdivide the current property into two conforming lots (Lot 1.01 & Lot 1.02) and construct a single family dwelling on each lot. This property is located in the R-3 at 6 Meadow Avenue & 5 Pearce Court, Manasquan, NJ 08736, also known as Block 154, Lot 1.01 as shown on the official tax map of the Borough of Manasquan.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or the Borough of Manasquan Planning Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by the Borough of Manasquan Planning Board at a public meeting on May 5, 2026 in the Municipal Building, 201 East Main Street, Manasquan, NJ. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.

The application, maps, plans and related supporting materials will be available for public inspection in person at least ten (10) days before the public hearing at the Manasquan Municipal Building, located at 201 East Main Street, Manasquan during regular business hours between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). The documents will also be posted to the website prior to the meeting date at https://www.manasquan-nj.gov/node/615/agenda. Any interested party may appear at the said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
