ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE that on the 26th day of March, 2026 after a public hearing on February 26th 2026, Manchester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 1 Colonial Drive, Manchester, New Jersey memorialized the resolution approving the following.
Maximum Accessory Building Area (245-33A) – Where 1000sf is permitted, 2000sf was approved, including a 500 sf overhang.Driveway Material (245-81N) – Where all off-street residential driveways shall be constructed either of 2 inch thick bituminous material, or six inch thick NJDOT class B concrete, a gravel driveway is existing, and a gravel driveway expansion was approved._Driveway Apron Material (133-5A(4)(B)) – Where a paved driveway apron is required, a gravel driveway apron exists and was approved.And any additional variances or concerns were indicated during the public hearing.
On the premises located at 1720 Brooklyn Avenue and designated as Block 4 Lot 99.135
On the Manchester Township Tax Map.
The application is on file in the office of the Zoning Board Secretary and is available for inspection under Case 25-14.
