NOTICE OF INTENT TO DEMOLISH TO: Mr Thomas Olen Norris (Address Unknown) RE: 612 Cottage Street, Ashland, OH 44805 You are hereby given notice pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 715.26(B) that the City of Ashland has determined that the structure at P43-012-0-0049-00; 612 Cottage Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805 is insecure, unsafe, or structurally defective. Thirty days (30) from the date of this notice the City of Ashland will begin the process of demolishing the structure. In accordance with Ohio law the City may then cause a lien to be placed on the property in the amount of the City's costs of demolition.
