NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Ashland, Ohio will accept sealed bids for the sale of the real property known as Lot 1189 having Ashland County PPN: P43-010-0-0044-00 located on West 12th Street in the City of Ashland.
The City of Ashland will retain in its deed an easement to maintain a pre-existing driveway upon the property. Bids will be accepted and the purchase awarded to the highest and properly responsive bid. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Purchase price shall be payable in immediately available funds within thirty days. The City of Ashland will pay conveyance tax and convey marketable title by general warranty deed with the easement noted above reserved. All other costs of closing shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Sealed bids shall be in writing and delivered to the Mayor's Office, 206 Claremont Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805 on or before March 13, 2026 at 2:00pm (local time). Sealed envelopes must be labeled "sealed bid for 12th Street Property".
