On or about June 6, 2025, the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority filed a petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Civil Action No.: 2025 RCCV 00479, seeking to quiet title in certain lands described more fully as: ALL AND ONLY THAT PARCEL OF LAND, with all improvements thereon, designated as 071-3-177-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being a portion of Lot 9 and Lot 10, shown in Realty Book 10-M, Page 588, described in Realty Reel 23-D, Page 54, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1924 Haynie Drive. Any interested parties, known Respondents whose addresses are unknown, nonresidents or unknown defendants are hereby noticed of said petition and any person or parties having an objection to said petition being granted shall show cause why the property should not be registered as prayed, in writing, to the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, on or before October 15, 2025.
