TAX SALE REDEMPTION NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to Carl Mills, Jr., Bobby J. Mills, Jonnie L. Mills, and Bobby Mills and any and all heirs, known and unknown, that the RIGHT TO REDEEM the following described property, to wit:
One tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the 1169th G.M. District, of Glascock County, Georgia, containing one and eighteen hundredths of an acre of land with all improvements thereon and bounded as follows: North by other lands of Carl Mills; East by the lands of the G.R. Howell lands; South by the lands of the May & Howell Family Cemetery lands; West by the lands of A.C. Reese lands and the Continental Can Company.
This is the same lands conveyed to Carl Mills from Mrs. Lillie May on February 27, 1967 and recorded in Deed Book 3-D, Page 152, in the Clerk’s Office of Glascock County, Georgia with plat being recorded in Plat Book 3-T, Page 154, in the Clerk’s Office of Glascock County, Georgia.
As described in Deed Book 3I, Page 293. Further described as Map & Parcel 013 014A.
REDEMPTION will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 28th day of November, 2025.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glascock County, Georgia in Deed Book 138, at pages 52-54.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on the 28th day of November, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Dalton D.
