NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot of land in the City of Louisville, 82nd District G.M. of Jefferson County, Georgia upon which are situated two tenant houses. Said lot fronting on New Street sixty (60) feet, more or less, and running back of equal width to a vacant lot owned by Ollie Daniels and said lot is bounded as follows: Northwest by lot of Ollie Daniels; Northeast by lot of Ollie Daniels; Southeast by lot of Julia Knowles; Southwest by New Street. The lot described is the same lot sold by A. N. Beach to Cora Brinson and sold by heirs of Cora Brinson, namely: Alex Brinson, Albert Brinson and Susie Brinson Rivers to Rufus Wren by a deed recorded in Deed 3-E, Page 463, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County.
As described in Deed Book 3B, Page 504. Further described as Map & Parcel L001 157A.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 9th day of March, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of November, 2023, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 641, at Pages 54-55.
The property may be redeemed at any time before March 9, 2026 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Janet Fleming, at 817 Mimosa Drive, Louisville, Georgia 30434.
