NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
COUNTY OF RICHMOND OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that certain property situated and being in Richmond County, Georgia, with all improvements thereon, fronting a distance of seventy-five (75) feet on the South side of Cornell Drive and extending back between parallel lines a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet and being known and designated as Lot 10, Block P, on a certain plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Realty Book 26-F, Page 518, to which said plat reference is made for a more accurate description of said lot of land, its exact location, dimensions, metes and bounds. Said property is bounded as follows: North by Cornell Drive, East by Lot No. 9; South by a sixty (60) feet drainage easement; and West by Lot No. 11, all as will more fully appear by reference to said block and plat, and as will more fully appear upon a plat prepared by Bobby G. Price attached to and recorded with a deed from Christine Betty Odom to the Grantor, dated of even date herewith, and to be recorded simultaneously.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 7th day of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 27th day of June, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1973 at page 2051.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 7th day of August, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
