The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in 131st D.G.M. of Columbia County, Georgia and containing 23.56 acres, more or less. This land is bounded on the North by land now or formerly of Story-East by land now or formerly of John D. Eubank-South by Tract #3, belonging now or formerly to John D. Eubank and West by Tract #1, belonging now or formerly to John D. Eubank, this being the same Tract of land sold by John D. Eubank to James Crawford Burton or Virginia W. Burton, June 15, 1966 and recorded in Deed Book 84, page #316 at the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Columbia County, Georgia.
As described in Deed Book 2267, page 199. Further described as Map & Parcel 016014.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 2nd day of November, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of August, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 15301, at page 3-4.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 2nd day of November, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
