NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF BRIAN AUSTIN KATONAK, PETITIONER Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for one year, In re Katonak, 435 S.C. 272, 866 S.E. 2d 812 (2021) and was subsequently publicly reprimanded. In re Katonak, 443, S.C. 229, 903 S.E. 2d 486 (2024). Pettioner has now filed a petition seeking to be reinstated. Pursuant to Rule 33 (e)(2) of the R ules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement contained in Rule 413 of the Sooth Carolina Appellate Court Rules, notice is hereby given that members of the bar and the public may file a notice of their opposition to or concurrence with the petition.
