Vinyl and Trim, Inc., a Georgia corporation with its registered office at 727 Avrett Circle, Evans, GA 30809, has been delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Business Corporation Code. The corporation has appointed Lauraine Danforth, CFO/Secretary, as its representative to receive claims against the corporation. All persons with claims against the corporation are requested to present them in writing to the following address: 727 Avrett Circle, Evans, GA 30809. The claim must include the name of the claimant, the amount of the claim, the date the claim arose, and a brief description of the basis for the claim.
