Burma Center Burma Center – will accept bids for Plumbing System Improvements project. The Project shall include improvements to replace existing domestic water-mains including but not limited to the selective demolition of existing water main piping and accessories, and installation of new one, & two-inch watermains mains to be located above acoustical ceilings intended to make drops into bathrooms and other areas. The work shall include new water main system assemblies, piping, water meter, RPZ , valves, tees, shutoffs, gauges, hangers, and piping insulation. Sealed bids will be received on behalf of Burma Center at CSM Group, 600 East Michigan Avenue, Suite A, Kalamazoo, MI 49007 no later than February 12, 2026, 1:00 PM. No electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on behalf of Burma Center via a virtual public bid opening on February 12, 2026, 1:30 PM local time. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment.
