This suit has been filed seeking to enforce a judgment against Defendant Zheng Yung, in the total amount of $ 303,428.57, plus interest and costs. The Plaintiff issued Defendant multiple Notices and Orders of Penalty for violating the State Uniform Construction Code Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder regarding construction violations at 1582 Route 27, Edison, New Jersey 08817, Tax Lot 21.A (additional Lots 22-23) Block 381.   You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Rainone Coughlin Minchello, LLC, an answer to the complaint filed in the civil action titled Township of Edison vs Zheng Yung, Docket No. MID-L-000473-25, within thirty-five (35) days of this publication.
