MISSION FIRST HOUSING GROUP – IMANI PARK – INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REPAIRS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by Mission First Housing (Owner) for Interior and Exterior Repairs. Bids will be opened at Center State Engineering, 481 Spotswood Englishtown Road, Monroe Township, 08831 on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM. All sealed bids from vendors and/or contractors will be accepted until the time of opening, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested bidders are recommended to attend a pre-bid walkthrough on-site at 60 Kilmer Road, Edison, NJ on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Potential bidders must be in good standing with HUD and not listed on the federal or state listing of debarred contractors. The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope: (1) addressed to the Owner, (2) bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and (3) clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and/or bid number on the outside of the envelope. It is the bidder's responsibility that bids are presented to the Owner at the time and at the place designated. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, the owner disclaims any responsibility for bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. If the bid is sent by express mail service, the designation in the preceding paragraph must also appear on the outside of the express mail envelope. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. Sealed bids forwarded to the Owner before the time of opening bids may be withdrawn upon written application of the bidder who shall be required to produce evidence showing that the individual is or represents the principal or principals involved in the bid. Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and the Proposal Form may be examined and/or secured by prospective bidders between 9 AM and 4 PM, prevailing time, at the office of Center State Engineering at 481 Spotswood-Englishtown Rd, Monroe Township, NJ. Bid documents may be obtained electronically by emailing a request to Bids@CenterStateEngineering.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a Surety's Consent and a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond at the Bidder's discretion for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to Owner. The same Surety shall be bound to furnish Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bonds that hereinafter may be required. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, within ten (10) days after the award, a Surety's Corporation Performance Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, such Surety Company to be acceptable to Owner and authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bids must be made on the Standard Proposal Form provided in the manner designated herein. All prices, amounts, and signatures must be written in ink or machine printed. Bids containing any changes, alterations, whiteouts or strikeouts in the bid must be initialed in ink.
