PUBLIC NOTICE SOUTH PLAINFIELD BOROUGH   TAKE NOTICE THAT Applicant, 115 Sprague Ave LLC, of 1905 Oxford Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 is seeking Minor Subdivision Approval with bulk variances for property located at 115 Sprague Avenue, designated as Block 55, Lot 7 on the South Plainfield tax maps, in the R-7.5 Zone. Applicant seeks the approval to construct two new single-family homes on the newly proposed lots 7.01 and 7.02, each lot totaling approximately 7,500 square feet.
