SOUTH PLAINFIELD BOROUGH
TAKE NOTICE THAT Applicant, 115 Sprague Ave LLC, of 1905 Oxford Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080 is seeking Minor Subdivision Approval with bulk variances for property located at 115 Sprague Avenue, designated as Block 55, Lot 7 on the South Plainfield tax maps, in the R-7.5 Zone. Applicant seeks the approval to construct two new single-family homes on the newly proposed lots 7.01 and 7.02, each lot totaling approximately 7,500 square feet. Additionally, Applicant is seeking relief from South Plainfield Borough Ordinance for Lot Depth where 100 ft. is required and 75 ft. is proposed for new lot 7.02.
Applicant further seeks all relief identified above at the time of the hearing as well as any and all other variances, waivers, design exceptions and/or relief which the Board may determine is necessary.
The South Plainfield Planning Board will conduct a public hearing to obtain testimony on the application. The hearing will take place at 7:00 P.M. on the 10th day of March 2026, in the Municipal Building, 2480 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ 07080.
