NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WARREN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the undersigned Applicant has filed an application with the Warren Township Board of Adjustment for Minor Subdivision Approval (Lot Line Adjustment), together with Bulk Variance Relief as set forth below, for the properties known as and located at 10 and 11 Technology Drive North, Block 80, Lots 12.02 and 13.01, which are located in the GI (General Industrial) Zone.
The project will required the following approvals from the Board of Adjustment:
1. Minor Subdivision Approval (Lot Line Adjustment)
2. Conditional Use Variance Relief for Lot Area for Proposed Lot 13.01
(5 acres required; 4.39 proposed)
3. Bulk Variance Relief for Lot Area for Proposed Lot 13.01
(5 acres required; 4.39 proposed)
4. Conditional Use Variance Relief for Overall Lot Coverage on Lot 13.01
(50% Permitted; 64.06% Proposed)
5. Bulk Variance Relief for Overall Lot Coverage on Lot 13.01
(50% Permitted; 64.06% Proposed)
6. Conditional Use Variance Relief for Setback of Proposed (Future) New Building
7. Bulk Variance Relief for Setback of Proposed (Future) New Building
With the exception of the aforementioned variances, the Applicant believes that no other variance, waiver or exception is required in order to grant the approvals requested. However, if the Board directs that additional variance(s), waiver(s) or exception(s) is/are needed, the Applicant may seek the same in accordance with such direction.
A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file with the Secretary to the Board of Adjustment and are open for inspection during regular business hours at the office of said Secretary, which is located at Warren Township Municipal Complex, 46 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey 07059.
The application will be considered by the Warren Township Board of Adjustment on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Warren Township Municipal Complex Courthouse, 44 Mountain Boulevard, Susie B. Boyce Meeting Room, Warren, New Jersey 07059. A hearing will be held by the Board at that time during which members of the public will be heard on the matter.
