LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER PERSON-TO-PERSON LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that BL East Brunswick Liquor, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company, has applied to the Township of East Brunswick Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority for a person-to-person transfer of Alcoholic Beverage Plenary Retail Consumption License Number 1204-33-019-007 (the "Liquor License") from BLH Acquisition Co. LLC d/b/a Bar Louie, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, with a mailing address of 15305 Dallas Parkway, 12th Floor, Dallas Texas 75001. The Liquor License is currently inactive.
