LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO TRANSFER PERSON-TO-PERSON LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that E&P RR Liquors, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company, has applied to the Township of East Brunswick Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority for a person-to-person transfer of Alcoholic Beverage Plenary Retail Consumption License Number 1204-33-012-009 (the "Liquor License") from Red Robin International Inc. d/b/a Red Robin Gourmet Burgers & Brews, a Nevada Corporation, with a mailing address of 10000 East Geddes Avenue, Suite 500, Englewood, Colorado 80112. The Liquor License is currently inactive. The member(s) of E&P RR Liquors, LLC, who will hold an interest in the Liquor License are: Maurice Zekaria (100% Owner): 4 Saxony Drive, Oakhurst, New Jersey, 07755. The Township Council of the Township of East Brunswick will consider the approval of the license at its regular meeting on April 13, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., located in the Municipal Courthouse, 1 Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816.
