PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on 18th day of November 2025 at 7:00 pm, in the Municipal Court Room, in the City Hall, 100 Municipal Boulevard Edison, New Jersey, 08817, a public hearing will be held by the Board of the Borough of Roselle to consider the application of:

The application is for a variance from the terms and provisions of the Edison Zoning Ordinance, or for a review of the decision of the Land Use Administrator of Edison to permit the applicant to/for:
Authorizing a settlement agreement and the granting of the requested "D" variance of Section 37.13-1 to permit the Applicant use the property as a two-unit residential structure, with one unit being a one-bedroom unit and the other being a two-bedroom unit, in a single-family zone and any other variances necessary per said application and a subsequent site plan application on property known as Black 101, Lot 11.A located at 286 Central Avenue, Edison, NJ 08817.
At the hearing, or at any adjournment thereof, you may appear in person or by an Attorney to give evidence and make a statement for or against the application.
