Christopher George, 1612 Brunella Avenue, Piscataway, NJ, 08854, has requested the granting of Bulk Variances for Application # 26-ZB-22V. Applicant would like to retain existing above ground pool and shed. The applicant will appear before the Zoning Board of Adjustment online to seek relief from the Piscataway Township Zoning Code:

21-617 Required – a pool shall be located at least 10 feet from the rear yard property line
Proposed – a pool located 7.17 feet from the rear yard property line (existing)
21-621 Required – shed located 3 feet from the property line
Proposed – shed located on the property line (existing)
for property located at 1612 Brunella Avenue Piscataway, NJ 08854, listed as Block 419, Lot 130.01, located in the R-7.5 Zone, on map page 4 on the Piscataway Township Tax Map. The applicant also requests any and all other variances/relief that the Zoning Board may deem necessary as per said application.
