NOTICE OF HEARING FOR LAMINGTON FARM CLUB d/b/a TRUMP NATIONAL GOLF CLUB PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Lamington Farm Club d/b/a Trump National Golf Club has made an application to the Township of Bedminster Land Use Board for amended site plan approval for the property known as Block 38, Lots 13, 13.01 & 13.02 and Block 39, Lots 10 & 10.01 (900 Lamington Road), Bedminster Township, Somerset County. The property is situated in the "R-10" Zone District. The Applicant is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval and bulk variance relief to construct an expansion to an existing clubhouse and a new parking area with associated site improvements. Bulk variance relief is requested for the maximum lot coverage whereas 5% is permitted and 5.56% is proposed. The Applicant further requests such variances, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate upon review by the applicant or the Board. This application is scheduled for a public hearing before the Bedminster Land Use Board for June 11, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. Bedminster Land Use Board meetings are hybrid.
