DUBICKI, and JOHN DOE, unknown husband of GENE S. DUBICKI You have been named as Defendants in an Action captioned above, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Middlesex County against GENE S. DUBICKI, the purpose of which is to foreclose a mortgage held by POLISH & SLAVIC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION . You have been joined as a party to this Action because you may have an interest in the property being foreclosed by virtue of your alleged ownership interest in the property and the defaults as alleged in the Complaint. The Action seeks to foreclose on real property located at 403 Matchaponix Road, Old Bridge, NJ 08831, and is designated on the tax map of Old Bridge Township as Lot 17.12 in Block 24001. The Mortgage being foreclosed was executed and delivered by Gene S. Dubicki December 12, 2014, and recorded on January 30, 2015 in the office of the Clerk of Middlesex County in Bk: 15887 Pg: 0410, Instrument # MG 2015 002169 . If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the deputy clerk of the Superior Court in the county listed above within 35 days from the date you received this summons, not counting the date you received it.
