If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated October 19, 2016 made by MICHAEL BADOVINAC and PATRICIA BADOVINAC, HIS WIFE to SANTANDER BANK, N.A., recorded on December 1, 2016 in the Office of the Middlesex County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 16555, Page 0172. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 126 LAKESIDE DRIVE NORTH, PISCATAWAY, NJ, 08854. Block 7905 (FKA 636), Lot 35.01.
