TOWNSHIP OF EVESHAM RESOLUTION NO. 327-2025 ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL EVENT DAY HOLIDAY LIGHT PARADE – DECEMBER 6, 2025   WHEREAS, Section 111-14 of the Code of Evesham Township states that it shall be unlawful either directly or indirectly for any itinerant merchant who holds a license to operate or conduct a business at the location of a Special Event, which is to be held on certain days or to conduct or operate said business within five hundred (500) feet from the boundaries of said Special Event in any direction; and   WHEREAS, Section 111-14 states that the Township Council shall by resolution designate the Special Event, informing the public of the location of the Special Event, and the requirement that only permit holders may sell articles of value at said location or within five hundred (500) feet of the boundaries of said location; and   WHEREAS, the Township Council has been informed that the Evesham Holiday Light Parade is scheduled for December 6, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and wishes to designate said day as a Special Event Day.   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, as follows:   1. That the Township Council hereby designates December 6, 2025 as a Special Event Day and declares that said Special Event Day shall occur along Main Street, during a time period approved by the Chief of Police, and hereby declares that only permit holders may sell articles of value at said location or within five hundred feet of the boundaries of said Special Event.   2. That the Township Council hereby directs the Township Clerk to cause a copy of this resolution to be advertised in the official newspaper of the Township immediately following the meeting of adoption.   I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Evesham, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey at its meeting held in the Meeting Room of the Municipal Complex, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, New Jersey 08053 on September 10, 2025.   Rebecca Andrews, Township Clerk 9/19/25 ($27.90)
