YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 6 Campus Drive, Suite 304, Parsippany, NJ 07054, telephone number (973) 538-4700, an Answer to the Complaint and Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RAMONA A. NAVARRO, HIS/HER HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HIS, HER THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, et al. , are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Burlington County and bearing Docket No. F-12522-25 within thirty-five (35) days after 12/23/2025, or if published after 12/23/2025, thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated 10/24/2006 made by RAMONA A. NAVARRO as mortgagors to WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA recorded on 11/02/2006, in Book ER 3 of Mortgages for Burlington County, Page 194, et seq., which said mortgage was duly assigned to the Plaintiff named above, who is the present holder of said Mortgage. and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 205 ROBIN ROAD, PEMBERTON, NJ 08015, WITH A MAILING ADDRESS OF 205 ROBIN ROAD, BROWNS MILLS, NJ 08015, Block 659, Lot 11 FKA 11 & 12.
