TOWNSHIP OF MOUNT LAUREL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Addendum #1   Mount Laurel Township issues this Addendum #1 to inform vendors that the rent escalation rate for the proposed cell tower lease has changed from 7% to 3.5%.   Revisions to the contract documents indicated in the following items shall be incorporated into the Contractor’s bid proposal, as applicable, as if they were originally included as part of the contract documents:   1. Revised Cell Tower Colocation Bid Detail. 2. Revised Bid Response Form 3. Revised Land Lease Agreement   Bidders shall indicate their acknowledgement of receipt of Addendum No. 1 on their proposal to be submitted to the Township of Mount Laurel.
