BOROUGH OF MEDFORD LAKES, NEW JERSEY   NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION – ORDINANCE NUMBER 730   AN ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14)   The above-entitled ordinance was passed on first reading at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes on May 27, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage after a public hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on June 24, 2026 at the Borough Hall, 1 Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, NJ at 7:00 PM at which time and place any persons desiring to be heard upon the same will be given the opportunity to be heard.
