PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an order made on the 14th day of January, 2026, the Superior Court fixed March 16, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Southampton located at Town Hall, 5 Retreat Road, Vincentown, New Jersey, 08088 as the time and place when and where you may pay to the plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate of tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #21-00013 dated October 5, 2021, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Southampton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey, , to N. or D. Reminck Tod Kyle Remick and recorded in the office of the Burlington County Clerk/Register in mortgage book OR13585, page 8843. Most recent assignment recorded on May 28, 2024 in mortgage book OR-13719, page 3397 and covers real estate located at 3 Narberth Pl, Southampton, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey known as Block 2702.24, Lot 2 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Southampton, and assessed to Martin Campbell. Total amount required to redeem is $16,605.86, together with interest from December 15, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to plaintiff, then you, and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption of, in and to the lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple in said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
