This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated May 25, 2017 made by Derek Smith, married man, to Absolute Home Mortgage Corporation,, recorded in the Burlington County Clerk's Office on June 14, 2017 in Book OR13280, page 8370, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 103 South Cedar Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ 08052 and is further described as Lot 1, Block 151 on the Tax Map of the Township of Maple Shade.
