TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey will be held on February 16, 2026, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Administration Building, located at 91 Union Street, Medford Township, New Jersey; for Bulk Variance relief from Ordinance Section G.D. Subsection 403 and all other variances or relief that may be necessary so as to permit the construction of a 12' x 20' addition, Close in breezeway area, Add a 24'x24' Double car garage, Convert existing garage to bedroom,and add small patio, driveway and front covered porch, with a proposed front yard setback to be 26.2' existing and 24.2' proposed from the front yard property line where 50' is required, and with a proposed front yard setback to be 28.8' existing and 19.3' proposed from the rear yard property line where 50' is required, and 12% maximum permitted building coverage, 9.11% exists, and 13.72% proposed. Property is located at 5 S. Lakeside Drive W Medford NJ 08055, and designated as Block 3108, Lot 50.01 on the Tax Map of the Township of Medford. This matter is known as file number ZVE-1269 in the Zoning Board of Adjustment records. Interested parties may inspect documents relative to this application at the Planning & Zoning Office in the Medford Town Hall Building, located at 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey during normal business hours or as posted on the Medford Township website. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board.
