PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Willingboro AH JV, LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Township of Willingboro Planning Board ("Board") regarding real property located at located at 4284 Route 130 and currently designated as a portion of block 5.02, lots 8, 9, 10, 11 & 17 on the municipal tax map. On August 18, 2025, the Board granted minor subdivision approval to re-subdivide the five existing tax lots into two proposed lots, lot 11 which will contain approximately 12.462 acres and lot 17, which will contain approximately 3.692 acres, along with preliminary major site plan approval to construct 60 affordable housing residential multi-family units on proposed lot 17. The Board memorialized those approvals on September 8, 2025 in Resolution #2025-10. The Applicant now returns to the Board seeking (i) final major site plan approval for the 60 affordable housing residential multi-family units on proposed lot 17; and (ii) a one-year extension of the time to perfect the minor subdivision in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-47(g). The proposed affordable apartment units are a permitted use and meet all applicable design and bulk requirements set forth in the Redevelopment Plan
The Applicant does not require any known variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant also requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on April 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in-person in the Township of Willingboro, Municipal Complex, Council Chambers, One Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application.

Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Willingboro, New Jersey 08046 and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. The application may be adjourned to another date without further notice to you and you are advised to contact the Board office in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
