Public Notice Re: Application submitted by Kings Grant Open Space Association regarding property at: 84 Dorset Court Block 52, Lot 1.02 and Block 51.01, Lot 131 Evesham Township, Burlington County TAKE NOTICE that the above entity is applying to the Pinelands Commission for a permit or approval under the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7A. The permit or approval will either establish the boundary of wetlands on the above property, or will authorize the applicant to conduct regulated activities on the property. The approval(s) the applicant is requesting is: General permit authorization (authorizes regulated activities, for example construction or development, in wetlands and adjacent transition areas) The rules governing the above permits and approvals are found in the NJDEP's Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act Rules at N.J.A.C. 7:7A. You can view or download these rules on the NJDEP Division of Land Use Regulation website at www.state.nj.us/dep/landuse, or you can find a copy of these rules in the county law library in your county courthouse. The application requests approval of the following activities: Cutting or clearing of trees and/or other vegetation Other (describe): The Applicant proposes to hydraulically dredge the Walden Glen Pond, pumping material into geotextile bags, dewatering the material on-site, before transporting it to an approved off-site (outside the Pinelands) location for final disposal. Install approved sediment and erosion control measures (e.g., stabilized construction entrance, silt fences, etc.). Restore pre-existing site conditions with a combination of native seed mixes and native herbaceous plants. If you would like to inspect a copy of the application, it is on file at the Municipal Clerk's Office, or call the New Jersey Pinelands Commission at (609) 894-7300 to make an appointment to see the application at the Pinelands Commission offices during normal business hours. The Pinelands Commission welcomes any comments you may have on the application. If you wish to comment on the application, comments should be submitted to the Pinelands Commission in writing within 30 days after publication of this notice. However, written comments will continue to be accepted until the Pinelands Commission makes a decision on the application. Comments cannot be accepted by telephone.
