RESOLUTION 2025 - #18
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A
NON-FAIR AND OPEN CONTRACT FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Riverside Sewerage Authority has a need to acquire Bond Counsel Services as a non-fair and open contract pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 or 20.5 as appropriate; and,
WHEREAS, the anticipated term of this contract is a one (1) year and may be extended by authorization approved by the Township of Riverside; and
WHEREAS, Parker McCay has submitted a proposal indicating they will provide Bond Counsel Services for the amount of $125.00 to $335.00 an hour; and
WHEREAS, Parker McCay has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification which certifies that Parker McCay has not made any reportable contributions to a political or candidate committee in the Township of Riverside in the previous one year, and that the contract will prohibit the Parker McCay from making any reportable contributions through the term of the contract.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Riverside Sewerage Authority authorizes the Treasurer to enter into a contract with Parker McCay as described herein.
