NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2503-MF-000355, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage successor by merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Charles E. Simmons, Deceased and The Unknown Occupant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 14th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
