By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of CIRCUIT Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2405-MF-000760, wherein New American Funding, LLC was Plaintiff, and Valarie Lynn Martin, et. al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 9th day of December, 2025 at the hour of 1:00 pm of said day at Security Center Bldg, 1420 I Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana:
