By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2504-MF-000450, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Joseph Gregg Kidwell and Tiffany P. Kidwell were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 9th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
Lot Number Eleven (11) in FOOTE'S ADDITION, to the City of Bedford, as per plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Lawrence County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
