NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, of the County of Lawrence, State of Indiana, will up to the Hour of 9:30 am (est) February 24th 2026, will receive bids for the year 2026, at the Lawrence County Auditors office at Lawrence County Courthouse, Room 28 Bedford, Indiana 47421. Bids must in prescribed forms. A certified check, bank draft or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.    ITEMS TO BE BID Paving of various roads throughout Lawrence County.   Contract documents may be obtained electronically through email request from the Lawrence County Highway Department, 1 County Complex Road, Bedford, IN 47421 by contacting the email BSowder@lawrencecounty.in.gov   All bids must be received by the board of Commissioners, of the County of Lawrence, State of Indiana, on February 24th, 2026 at 9:30 am.
