By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Court in Cause No. 47C01-2508-MF-001088, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC was Plaintiff, and ROBERT JAMES GRUBB and JODI GRUBB was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provide for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible, at 1420 I Street, Bedford IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana, described as follows:
