TOWN OF KIRKWOOD LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Kirkwood, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of June, 2026, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a resolution which is as follows: A resolution authorizing the expenditure of up to $253,020.32 from the Repair and Improvement of Facilities Reserve Fund of Sewer District No. 1 for the purchase of a 2026 Ford F350, Jetter, Base for Corporate Pumps, Emergency Generator and Repair of Manholes for the sewer system.
