CITY OF PORT ORCHARD NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING   The 2025-2026 Biennial Budget for the City of Port Orchard has been filed with the City Clerk. A Public Hearing will be held as required by RCW 35A.34.130 for a mid-biennial review and modification of the biennial budget on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, beginning at 6:30 pm in City Hall Council Chambers, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard. The Zoom link will be available on the City’s website on Friday, October 17, 2025.   Copies of the mid-year review modifications are available to any interested taxpayer at a nominal charge during normal working hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Finance Department.   Any person or public agency interested is invited to attend the Public Hearing and/or submit written comments on the mid-biennial budget to the City Clerk on or before October 21, 2025   Brandy Wallace, CPRO, MMC City Clerk 10/10, 10/17/25    11705581
